UserFeedbackHub ("we", "our", "us") provides in-app feedback collection tooling and dashboard services for software teams.

• Feedback data: user messages, categories, metadata, optional attachments.

• Provide and maintain the UserFeedbackHub service.
• Enforce plan capabilities, quotas, and abuse protections.
• Process billing and subscription lifecycle events.
• Improve reliability, performance, and security.
• Communicate operational and account-related updates.

• Stripe (billing and subscription processing)

We do not sell personal information.
